Frank Mendoza has been an insurance agent since 1982. He is a contracted agent with Farmers Insurance and is also licensed with several other Admitted Carriers. Prior to getting his insurance license, Frank was a loan officer and owned other private businesses. This has helped give him experience in all aspects of the insurance industry. Frank specializes in auto, home, and health insurance - although he writes many more lines of coverage.

Frank is an avid outdoorsman, in his spare time he enjoys relaxing on Lake Oroville and at Bidwell Park.

Terese Howell is the office manager and a licensed insurance agent. She has worked for Frank Mendoza since 1989.

Terese is married to J and has two boys, aged 2 and 4.

When she isn't working or playing with her kids, Terese enjoys officiating high school volleyball with the Northern California Volleyball Officials Association.
